(1) Commission meeting will be held as required.
(2) Under the direction of the Chief Information Commissioner, the Secretary will provide the information commissioner with the date, time and discussion topics of the commission meeting.
(3) If the chief information commissioner and at least one information commissioner or two information commissioners are present, the quorum for the meeting of the commission shall be deemed to have been reached. If there is a difference of opinion on any decision in the meeting held in this way, it will have to be presented again in the next meeting in which the absent Chief Information Commissioner or the Information Commissioner is also present.
(4) The Chief Information Commissioner will preside over the meeting of the Commission. In the absence of the Chief Information Commissioner, the Senior Information Commissioner will preside over the meeting and the Information Commissioner who presides over the meeting can use the authority of the Chief Information Commissioner.
(5) The opinion of the majority information commissioners shall be considered as the decision of the commission.
(6) The decision of the Commission shall be verified by the Secretary.
(7) Other procedures related to the meeting of the Commission shall be as determined by the Commission itself.
